Help needed with advanced partition problem! I’m stuck.

Windows 11 23H2. I have a 2gb ssd with two non-adjacent partitions that need to be merged. I have about 50% of the disc that is showing as unallocated but want to add it to the C partition.

I’ve tried AOEMI partition wizard but getting nowhere. Here is a picture of my dilemma.

Any help is appreciated

According to your image you have a 2TB SSD C: on a 1TB partition plus a 1TB unallocated space with several small partitions and a 1TB D:. I've not seen more than 5 partitions on any drive so there appears there is an issue that may only be curable by a clean wipe and install. I don't use it but the image shows that Bitlocker may be involved, can complicate things.

Those smaller partitions include a system restore partition among some others. I'm really wanting to keep it if at all possible. I'm not sure if I could remove the ones between the two partitions I want to merge but I feel I could see it all going south really quickly.

Please post a screen shot of Disk Management (or AOMEI PW), spread out so we can read everything side to side and top to bottom.

To post a screenshot on this forum...​

1. Take the screenshot, edit it as desired, save to your desktop as .png or .jpg (max. size = 2MB)
2. Left click in your post, where you want to place the screenshot.
3. Click the Attach Files button at lower left, browse to your pic and click Insert.
4. After clicking Insert, I usually choose the Thumbnail (smaller) option, or the Full Image (larger) option.

Use the FREE version of EaseUS Partition Master

You can move one partition at a time, or - if you have the confidence - do multiple moves together.

Which ever you choose, make sure you an image of the disc before starting.

Delete any partitions you do not need making it unallocated space. Minitool Partition Wizard Free can then extend partitions into non-contiguous space. Install the program, then create its bootable media. Boot from the media to extend the partition.

Edit: Disable bitlocker first!!!
