Why does all my trash in hotmail after i empty it comes back to trash in a 2 days?

Hey T2T. Depends on how you get your mail. Your email account may have some sort of corruption in it within your mail app.
Try removing the account within your mail app, closing and reopening the app, and create your email account again.

You can also go to outlook online
Delete your old mail from there, then login to your mail app to see if the old emails are still gone.

Sometimes it's one stubborn email that hoses up the entire account.
