HELP!!! Unable to boot win after efi partition resizing

I know, but im asking is the data there or no?, for knowledge im asking, i mean it shows empty but data is encrypted & inside & it shows empty for the corruption happened in the Fs for example or data is not there ? I asked the shop i bought the laptop from if he can retrieve the old owner no. He would have the bitlocker key, hope is low but a trial wont cost me anything
Like i said, we can't view files because of encryption so look like they are there but not recoverable because of encryption when clean installing Windows see installing on Windows 11 partition without deleting preserves your data.

It only shows repair pc or install windows & to proceed to drive selection screen you must checkbox that all files & settings will be deleted, if its possible i would reinstall windows & let it keep windows.old in the drive if i later somehow been able to get the bitlocker key at any point

The encryption status shows it is 99.9 % encrypted. Obviously it did not complete and so no recovery key has been generated and recorded in your MS account. Even if partly encrypted the drive will show the entire space is free. You can see this in my disk's HBCD Disk management I posted - post# 80. I have not lost any data. In your case encryption status shows as paused, Protection status off, Lock status unlocked and Automatic unlock disabled. but there is still an external key a numerical password. Your 2TB Disk 1 does not show as encrypted. Is it an internal disk or external disk?: Device Encryption will encrypt all the internal disks. Thease are my observation. I will close for the day since my sleep time is approaching leaving it for other experts express their views, and solutions if any.

Yes, you said it is a preowned owned lappy Now that is the problem with all preowned lappys. If they see any problem, they will dispose it off. If there were no problems why would one sell it off - a costly and powerful laptop?

Check the status of your 2Tb disk On an elevated Command prompt type: manage-bde -status D: You should also check the health of the 2TB disk. I think you have Crystal Disk Info on the HBCD, Check. I am now making too many typos. Time to hit the sack.

I always start my data recovery projects with this sentence: In data recovery nothing is certain until it becomes certain. Even Data Recovery professionals will not guarantee all data can be recovered except in simple and more often encountered problems which had been resolved in many cases.

You must be getting stressed or tired. It's either or, but not in general in my case.
@jumanji already made it clear, there is no guarantee of anything.
Data could be corrupted, you may get portions of it back, you may recover nothing .
This is not a yes or no answer, whether in general or in your case.

I tend to agree. It would appear you're beating your head on the wall at this point. Lesson learned, sadly this one was the hard way.

I highly recommend working out a good backup scheme that allows you to have at least two copies of things on your computer stored on different physical media. I also recommend if you have SSD media for one of the backups, you also use a physical HDD for the second copy.

You can reset your PC with "Remove Everything" option.

As a matter of abundant caution, please backup all your data in the secondary 2TB internal disk before resetting your PC. (When the TPM is cleared and reset there is always a possibility of data loss)

When you perform a full PC reset in Windows, especially the "Remove everything" option, the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is typically cleared as part of the process to ensure all security data, like encryption keys for BitLocker or Windows Hello, is wiped clean for a fresh start or device sale. This resets the TPM to its factory state, and Windows automatically reinitializes and takes ownership again after the reset. When you do the initial setup with Microsoft a/c Device encryption will automatically encrypt both the internal disks. After encryption is completed, Go to Control Panel > Device Encryption and save the Recovery Keys. Your device and the recovery keys will be saved in your Microsoft account also... If originally it came with Microsoft Office you can also install it from there.

( As a matter of fact the seller - the original owner - should have done the factory reset and given you a clean PC on which you can do the initial setup. He does not seem to have done it.)

He does not seem to have done it.)
even if i will delete the whole partiton of C ? i cant get to windows as you know thats winusb installation, i made the usb with rufus and disabled auto bitlocker, the device was resetted when i bought it

Do you mean that after getting the HP laptop from the seller, you reinstalled Windows with rufus modified ( disabled bitlocker encryption/automatic encryption) Media Creation Tool? If it is so, that has not cleared the TPM. Your post #92 manage-bde -status C: clearly shows Encryption paused: 99.9% encrypted. It is all messed up - inexplicable. At this point however your 2TB disk remains unencrypted (I am surprised) and all your files are accesssible in HBCD. Copy all those files to another disk before a clean install - as I said earler as a matter of abundant caution.

Now clean insatall windows.
Turn on your PC.
As soon as you see the Windows or manufacturer logo (e.g., Dell, HP, ASUS), press and hold the power button until the device shuts down completely.
Repeat this process three times. On the fourth restart, let the PC boot naturally. It should display "Preparing Automatic Repair" and eventually load a blue screen with "Advanced options"
WinRE environment > Troubleshoot > Reset Select either Keep my files (removes apps and settings but keeps personal files) or Remove everything (deletes all personal data, apps, and settings).

Note: I would prefer to choose Keep my files. Let us see whether after the install your personal files in C: are readable. If not you can repeat the install abinitio after deleting all partitions and formatting the SSD, and choosing Remove everything option during the reset process.

When prompted choose the "Cloud download" option instead of "Local reinstall".
We do not want "Local reinstall" which will install the rufus modified Wim in the Recovery partition. It is no longer the factory wim or untampered Windows11 wim.

Download & Reset:
Windows downloads the latest installation files and then reinstalls itself, giving you a clean system with updates.
Note: You must have an active, stable internet connection. Download size may be 4 to 6 GB. Depending upon the speed of your internet connection it may take sometime to complete the download and start installing.

When Windows starts after the clean install it will clear and reset the TPM ( provided the updated BIOS is not corrupt). Both your system disk and the 2TB disk will start encrypting with Device encryption. Let the encryption complete, Do not stop the encryption. If you do not want encryption you can turn it off in Settings later and your disks will be decrypted.

OK, you reinstalled thinking that it would clear the encryption. It hasn't..
Try and buy an external disk from a local computer shop.. Anyway you will require one for backups. If WD buy only Elements model which is not hardware encrypted. Strictly no other model like My BOOK. Passport etc,.

Right now do not take out the 2TB internal drive.

Suddenly I remembered that I have read TPM can be cleared in the UEFI/BIOS settings.

Read this: Clear The TPM

First try to get into the UEFI/BIOS > Securiy tab , find TPM and and clear it and reboot. Check whether PC boots into Windows. If not again access UEFI/BIOS and set it to default and then try to boot
