Hello and Thank You for the reply. No one here did offer me and I only wrote that because it seems these things take a lot of work and effort. To answer your question, it's a Windows 11 theme. I am not sure what it was made with and I did try to contact the creator but they never wrote back. The theme is called Paranoid Android by Niivu. The changes I wanted to make are due to poor vision which are to change the system wide font to Green (65 255 0) and backgrounds pitch black similar to the attached image

Hi, the screen shot is not the actual theme I am using. That was just an example of what I am trying to get text and background wise. I installed the theme using UltraUXThemePatcher. The theme itself (Paranoid Android) works as intended with no issuesHow are you loading the theme though, using what app?
