Solved Here we go again - Jan 2025 Patch Tuesday

I used to look forward to Patch Tuesday. Lately, I dread it, worried that yet another thing will get broken by Microsoft. At the very least I am hoping that they fix some of the things they broke in recent months rather than break more stuff.
We are now 1 hour from release of this month's patches. Time to ensure that all my systems are properly backed up before it hits the fan in an hour.
Any wagers? My bet is that they break more stuff than they fix
. I have zero confidence in MS "fixes" lately. I have previously stated that there are always bugs, but the number of things that were working just fine that have been broken by "fixes" in recent months is rather surprising even to me
.

January is just scarier, because in recent years, there's no December Preview to forecast what's been updated.
Redmond shuts down for the month of December. Also that implies your January update will have less changes. After that, the planned release cycle returns to normal.
I think this week's patch Tuesday will be relatively smooth.

I do not understand this attitude. If you have a recent disk image and the updates 'break' something, it would only take a few minutes to go back to a previous version.
