Hiding the VGA connection from the Browser?

Hello, I have two monitors. My main monitor is connected via a DP to VGA adapter with a VGA cable and my second monitor is connected via HDMI. There are certain websites that won't start playing a video unless I disconnect or disable the VGA monitor. If I want to watch any video I must first disable the VGA monitor to pass HDCP compatibility check. Is there any plugin or any other way to hide the VGA output from Firefox or Chrome browser so I can play videos from these sites without disabling the VGA monitor? I noticed that it is detected as VGA connection in nVidia Control Panel. Any chance to change that to DP connection by modifying the Registry or something? I want to work at the VGA monitor while watching a video at the HDMI monitor which is HDCP compliant.
Thanks.

Any chance to change that to DP connection
I believe that the "lowest" connection type is detected when adapters are used.

Yes, any way to fake that detector and think the connection is digital, so it starts playing?
