How can I disable "Turn on Windows Backup" notifications?

Yet this annoying giant pop up continues to plague me.
Do you have the related Notification Settings turned off?...

Yes... All turned off except third party apps that I need. I suspect that this has something to do with my Office 365 subscription. Looked all through my Microsoft account for a way to decline but no luck.

Click the 3 dots at the top of the notification next to the X and choose never notify me again. The no thanks will just have it come back later.

To prevent this from coming up on new installs of windows,

Create a custom windows installer image and uninstall onedrive and windows backup and then do sysprep so you never have to encounter it again.
