How do I change my right-click menu to this?

I saw this picture in another thread, how do I get my right-click desktop menu to look like this, specifically adding the Windows Version line to my context menu? In general this looks very good, is this a helper app of some sort? Thanks!

@badrobot there is no how-to on that thread, it was an @Edwin post of his custom context menu with no explanation.

Copy the code, paste it into Notepad, edit it for your specs, save it as a .reg file then run it.

... but you'll need to supply a path to your own icon, and, fill in your own Build number...

(The reason there's only one flyout is because I was going to add other info on additional flyouts but didn't get around to it yet!)

(It's actually the Select All icon, but it'll do!)

If your Build number is different, you'll still have to edit that.
