How do i create a skin for classic shell? and taskbar skin?

hello, im wanting to make a skin and taskbar skin for clasic shell and was wondering how it was done. dose anyone have any idea or templants they could give me? thanks.

templants, or 'Templates'?
NO, not here, Sorry! And I do use the Classic Shell. Love it.

Apparently there are already several skins available, however I've never used any, but left it with "Classic Skin".
Have you tried any of those available?
