I got the Stop code, but restarted before I could take a pic or write down the error. I'd like to know the issue and how to potentially resolve

I don't know if that is related, but once I tried to enable the Hypervisor and Virtual Machine features. The computer wouldn't load Windows! After 3-4 failed attempts I managed to boot in Safe Mode and disable them.

try disabling hypervisor
control panel > program and features >

on the left side of this window
'turn windows features on or off'

you can now untick/disable hypervisor
a restart will be required to update settings
then see if that gives any improvement.

These days I just copy the entire event viewer information to CGPT or Copilot and usually get a sensible answer

What did the hypervisor error say? You will see a hypervisor error in the event log if you boot up without the hypervisor enabled (it should really be a Warning). If it is that, it is a red herring.
