How do I turn off the new windows Unblock. To view PDF files

download LockHunter is a free 64/32 bit tool to delete files blocked by any processes
Right click Any file and choose What is Locking the File? or
Open the app, browse to the file that is Locked.
Run the file As Admin and click What is locking this file?
Click the Unlock It icon
