How can I turn off the mouse pointer from extending outside the window in Windows?

this used to work but i last used it on windows 10 that had a different taskbar, so you can try it and see if the delay to show still works but i can promise as windows 11 has a whole new taskbar

I talk about the situation very clearly in the message you quoted. If my mouse doesnt move outside my window, the taskbar will not open automatically. English is not my native language, I may not have been able to express myself. If you are using tablet mode you can understand this more easily.
