I don't have it either in Dev or Canary, nor have I ever seen it as the OP described.Does it matter though? If it’s removed, who cares how. Let them have their glory. I believe it’s a bug. My wife’s computer is as up to date as mine is. I have it, she doesn’t.
I haven’t seen any documents or posts to say it’s by design?
