I tried this: Redirecting double checked
And this: Disable the New Context Menu on Windows 11 in 3 Steps

Yet it doesn't work

Also i tried gpedit way, same didn't remove new context menu, only whole menu, there are 2 policies which concerns with removing explorer context menu i tried them both separately, didn't help

Also when i ask, safe program which can edit context menu? IN registry not all context menu items appeared in multiple keys (from last time i tried) and even most programs didn't list many context menu items i have, it is so annoying there are so many useless context menus...

I think you mean the context menu prior to Windows 11. If so try Winaero Tweaker setting as per photo. It means installing Winaero Tweaker: -

Also seems that you need to update the OS from 22621.963 to the current build 22621.2428.

Ah i just got an update, i checked yesterday and nothing appeared.

I tried this program before and it same didn't contain like 50% of context menus i had (even including many MS ones), that's why i rather use regedit or MS solutions, than install 3rd party programs as they usually sucks anyways if they are not paid like for 50$ and i can't buy even time i need some small thing 50$ program that is absurd...

Subject wasn't to remove only option but to get rid of new context menu on Windows 11, inproc server doesn't work and that 2nd thing anymore! I found everywhere only inprocserver solutions and i double checked and everything was correct!

You might get more conclusive answers if you would show a screenshot of the context menu you want to change and state specifically what you want to change about it. If you want to change file explorer context menu back to winows 10 style this worked for me.

No offense but if read what i said, i said i already tried this and it doesn't work i did this in past and it worked, but doesn't work now on clean install of windows...

I can attest this tweak still worked for me last week when setting up a new system for my husband. Possibly you have made some other tweak that is interfering with it.
The only way to prove it on your system is to apply the reg file in Brink's tutorial to another user account. I have found having a second administrative user account is helpful when troubleshooting issues with my own account. It's also beneficial to have if you ever get locked out of your account.
