Is there any way to customise the default list of folders that is presented when the "Save As" dialog is invoked?
In the example below, I clicked the Download option in the Chrome PDF browser, and it presented me with the suggested folders shown in the red triangle. This is the list that I want to customise, as many of those on the list are never used by me, and there are others which I would like to add to the list as I use them alot.

Ah OK thanks - I thought I'd tried that but I must have missed those options last time.
What is the difference between the list of folders above the grey line and the one below the grey line?

The ones above are the default User folders, the ones below are User pinned, henceforth the Pushpin icon.

NOTE:
If you unpin them from a Save dialog, they will also disappear from the Navigation Pane under This PC.

Thanks. I don't find the default user folders very useful (and never use them). Is there any way of removing them from this display, to make more room for the Quick Access folders which I have more control over?

Again, they will be removed from the Navigation Pane in every view!

Many thanks - that seems to have done the trick!
I'm surprised that it required reg edits to do that - I'm glad that I didn't spend hours trying to work out how to do it!

I actually don't use the Navigation Pane at all, so I've cleared it.
As far as Chrome is concerned, all my Saves, Downloads, etc. go to one place only, that's the only thing I've pinned to the Quick Access, and directed Chrome to send them there.
