[Security.Principal.WindowsBuiltInRole]::Administratoris an enumerated type in Windows
[Security.Principal.WindowsBuiltInRole]"Administrator"requires you to translate "Administrator" to a local word

Using a well known SID for the Administrators group does the same thing, to avoid using "Administrators".

Another example to avoid using "Administrator":
$Administrator = (Get-LocalUser | where { $_.SID -like '*-500' }).Name
