How to disable "Let apps show search results" and "Web search from Microsoft Bing" using the registry

Does anyone know how I can turn these two options off with the registry?

Just setting those toggles to OFF, will make the registry changes.
You may have to reboot to apply the changes though.

Do they keep automatically returning to ON position?

Do you see the same Settings on 22H2 and 23H2?
I'm on 24H2 and I don't even see the settings shown in your screenshot...

This registry change does not change the setting. Even after signing out and in again.

That "Web Search" section does not even show up on my Win11 PCs.
