I've been using Outlook for years and am currently using Outlook 365.
But I've never seen a request to answer three questions in the Feedback To Microsoft section.
I didn't bother answering the three questions and closed it.

I think it's a bit intrusive.
I think it's OK if I decide to give some feedback, but popping up the request in notifications, then opening up the three questions in the Outlook > Help > Feedback section is a step too far.

Is there a way to disable it?
