Thanks for prompt reply and warm welcome. But looks like no one of above tricks is for Windows Store app. As my screenshot, this "Recommend for you" show on Windows Store app when you click the search field.
I didn’t expect my link would, at least. Microsoft store isn’t PC based so to speak, the catalogue is online.
I don’t see how tweaking windows would affect it. It’s no different to tweaking Windows to stop ads on websites we visit, we can’t.

I agree with @antspants. What you see in the Windows store in independent of Windows. It's no different than you trying to remove elements of an Amazon page.
Probably the easiest solution is to install anything you want from the store after initial install of windows then don't use it again.
In general (at least for the things I use) apps from 3rd party suppliers are better than the equivalent apps in the Ms store - but these days I tend to be using Windows less and less anyway -- mainly Office, Corporate Windows virtual desktop infrastructure to their system(s), photoshop, and some real time TV streaming from SKY GO etc.
