How to do a clean install of win11 when I'm getting bsod's after 10-15 seconds?

I'm getting hypervisor bsod errors almost instantly after booting into windows. I'm fine with deleting everything on the main drive so how can I reinstall Windows 11 without going into windows, checking for updates, excet??

a) Reboot into safe mode > run the V2 log collector > post a share link

b) On a working computer create a bootable Media Creation Tool (MCT)(Windows 11 iso) >
custom install if there are important files or clean install if there are no important files

c) Run some hardware tests before modifying Windows
