To hide your Windows 11 taskbar, use the built-in "Automatically hide the taskbar" setting in Taskbar Behavior settings for simple auto-hiding, or try third-party apps like TranslucentTB (for transparency) or Buttery Taskbar (for complete hiding until you need it) for more advanced control.

I use the option to hide the Taskbar. I move the cursor to the Taskbar area and up pops the Taskbar.
I'm using Edge Version 144.0.3719.92 and hiding the Taskbar is working normally as expected.

I have it set for a few weeks, works when it want to . Right now it is not working. I toggle it off on off on, wont work. Stays up.

I just tried it taskbar went away and never comes back.
I CNTRL-ALT-DEL saw it running, end task
Track bar never came back
So, logged out, logged in, trackbar works as it was for a few weeks till it stopped working

Maybe it need log out and in to get taskbar working to autohide, or do a reboot

I suggest you reinstall the display driver to eliminate the possibility that the current one has been corrupted in use [this does happen & its symptoms are not predictable].
- If the display card was part of the computer when you bought it then go to the computer maker to download a new copy of the driver.
- Otherwise, go to the display card maker.

It rarely happens to me, but when it does, I usually restart Windows Explorer. Otherwise, I log out and log back in.
