How to get rid of Focus

This is the second time I seem to have accidentally clicked on something and a little window comes up about a focus session. I managed to work out how to cancel it again, but how can I completely get rid of/disable it? No idea what I clicked on that started it in the first place - I think I was in the taskbar area.

Thanks. My settings look different to those in the tutorial. Nothing in taskbar settings as shown. When I go into main settings, there is nothing to turn it off or on, just a list of partial things to turn on or off. Maybe it's changed in 24H2.

Also go to: System > notifications > do not disturb

Turn off DND and uncheck everything in automatic for DND
