I think I opened the port, but when I check it with an online port tester, it says it is still closed. Is this due to the verizon fios router keeping the port closed?

I am trying to get Yawcam to be able to to be accessed remotely by the internet or honestly on the LAN too. I went into the Fios router and opened the ports 8888 and 8081 just like Yawcam says to do. I created in and out bound rules in windows firewall Bu

Since it is going to run on win10, I figured it out for both 10 and 11.
Have to open ports for the PC on your lan in the router
Have to allow the APP to be open on the windows firewall
I also set the ports to be open in advanced rules in windows firewall for in and out traffic, that might not be needed if the app is allowed all ports.

The online port checkers are stupid, it does work and over the internet to my android phone.
