Passing the Window 11 Compatibility Check
Microsoft Tool (unavailable at present)
GitHub Tool
6 Windows Tools
1. Download both the MS and the GitHub tools.
2. Run both tools, and see what your status is.
3. If Secure Boot or TPM has a RED X, head to the BIOS.
4. Enable Secure Boot and under the Secure Boot heading, choose Windows UEFI, rather than Other OS.
5. If these settings cause a failure to boot, just set them back to what they were and post about that problem.
6. Then look for your TPM settings. There are a few kinds...
a. Firmware TPM or Discrete TPM (aka hardware TPM). Some motherboards will have both.
b. On some boards the TPM setting will be on the Advanced tab in the BIOS.
c. AMD: Advanced > AMD fTPM configuration > TPM Device Selection : Firmware TPM or AMD CPU fTPM
d. Intel: Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration or PTT Configuration > TPM Device Selection : Firmware TPM or PTT
e. MSI TPM settings
f. Note: Your TPM 2.0 settings may be worded slightly differently.
7. Enable the Firmware TPM, or the Discrete hardware TPM (requires a TPM module)
8. IF you need a TPM Module read this: What to know when buying TPM Module
9. Now that you've taken care of Secure Boot and the TPM configuration... Save and Exit the BIOS.
10. Run both the MS Tool and the GitHub Tool again.
11. If you don't pass the test in the MS Tool, the GitHub Tool may help you locate the problem.

Remember...
Windows 10 will be supported till 2025.
Windows 11 will only be released to Windows Insiders, June 28th 2021.
As for the rest of us... look for a Windows 11 release date towards the end of 2021, or the beginning of 2022.

Work-arounds Section
1) How to bypass the TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot requirements (still testing, but seems to work)
1. Use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to build a bootable Win 10 USB stick... Media Creation Tool
2. OR...get the Win 10 ISO from... TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1) ...and use RUFUS to make a bootable Win 10 USB stick
3. Go to the Sources folder on the Win 10 USB stick and delete either install.esd or install.wim (w/e one is there)
4. Next, Mount the Win 11 ISO, and go to the Sources folder and copy the install.wim file you find there.
5. Go back to the Win 10 USB stick, and paste the install.wim in the Sources folder.
6. Then boot from the altered Win 10 USB stick to install Win 11.
2) For old computers running Windows 10, you can also use the "In-Place Upgrade"
Upgrade to Windows 11 (works... and seems to work on old hardware as well)
[Work around testing done by @Lance1]
3) For computers without TPM or Secure boot (still in Beta)
[Found by @TomJones]
4) Via Registry edit... if you get "This pc can't run Windows 11" during setup
5) Create bootable Windows 11 ISO without TPM, Secure Boot and RAM requirements.
