Solved How to permanently disable "Automatically manage color for apps" in 24H2?

The setting keeps turning back on by itself.

I've tried adding the Registry key that was mentioned for Insider builds. It had no effect.

Thanks very much.

The issue was just an annoyance. I had to check regularly whether it had been re-enabled.

I did a restart after setting the key value. "Automatically manage color doe apps'" remained disabled.

A follow-on:

I like to set Adobe Photoshop (26.2.0) to 30 bit color.

If I disable automatic color management, I don't get it.

I can restore it by going into the nVidia control panel, switching to "Use default color settings", applying that, and switching back to "Use nVidia color settings" and applying that.

That enables automatic color management again. The Registry setting is also reset to 1.

Aargh.
