how to remove duplicate photos in the gallery

win10 64 bit 20h2 ver. now it is 22h2
ok i have win11 ver 23h2 and when i open the file explorer and at the top. when i go there it has tons of duplicates. i think they are from google becaue when i looked at them all of a sudden a bunch of my latest photos showed up and yes in duplicate. so is there an easy way to filter them down to just one photos of each? thanks
