Solved How to remove spam notification about McAfee?

I am getting spam notifications from a site called indexforcaptchas.top saying to turn on my McAfee security. I do not subscribe to McAfee and I don't want to. How can I remove this notification?

If you're using Edge then Settings - Cookies and site permissions - scroll down to notifications - under 'Allow' click on the three dots then delete the site.

Thanks @BunnyJ and @Fabler2 I think I've done it now. One thing about Edge, since that's the browser I'm using, when I tried to remove that site from the cookies and permissions, it doesn't seem to have an option to just 'remove'. I had to individually block each aspect of the permissions. Screenshot_1.jpg

You don't select 'all sites' but keep scrolling down to 'notifications'.
