How To Remove Unwanted Apps And Programs In Windows 11?

im working on installing windows 11 with windows 10 (on separate Drives) and I was wondering what the best options would be to disable the telemetry and unwanted stuff from my new install. If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated and any tips on how to do this would helpfull as well
