Solved How to resize a setup windows without the minimize/maximize buttons?

Hi everyone,

I'm running this Canon printer setup and the window is cut off at the bottom making the process a bit difficult. As you can see, on the top right, the minimize and maximize buttons are missing. In such situation, how would one go about resizing this window?
Also tried to hover over the edge to manually resize the windows but it doesn't work too.

I've found there usually is not way to resize those windows, just assume the setup is programmed so the user sees everything necessary. The ones I don't like are those that are too large for the screen and no way to reduce without having to monkey with the screen's resolution settings. The last such view of one program [for my motherboard] got better when I changed my 21.5" monitor to a 24" I was given, still a bit too large but at least I can drag it around to get to the corner icons.

In Windows Display Settings, try with setting scaling to 100% from 150 or 125%. Some apps, especially those with custom windows can't handle scaling properly.

Yeah that's what I thought. I was hoping there would be a trick to change the program resolution or something. Oh well, I'm just gonna have to go with it and kind of guess what each button refers to.
The first few prompts were mostly, yes, no, back so it was easy to figure out, but when you reach the part to configure the wifi etc it becomes a bit harder to guess what each button is.

It did the trick!
Set scaling to 100% from 250% (15.6" screen with a resolution of 3.5K).
Relaunched the program and this time it scalled properly.

With that window in focus press ALT+SPACEBAR, then M and use the cursor key to move the window up.
Another option is to change your display to 'Portrait' temporarily, although you will have fun using the mouse/touchpad!
