How to restore System Restore?

That title may be confusing, so let me see if I can clarify it.
I'm one of those who like to use System Restore to provide me a way to do a quickie backup when I need one.
As a part of my hobby, I like to experiment with different OS's

Recently I found a little pared down version of Windows 11, called simply, "Tiny 11". Besides the obvious things that have been removed from the OS, System Restore was also removed. The main program file that runs System Restore is, rstrui.exe.
I transplanted that file, from my main Windows 11 and it tried to run, but gave an error, it came up missing two .dll files. I transplanted those too, but still System Restore won't work. So how do I find out what else is required to make System Restore work?

Is there another .dll missing? Or is there a registry entry or Service missing?
Any help to get System Restore working on 'Tiny 11' would be greatly appreciated.

you will also need the mui files and reg entries and everything that is needed to create the snapshot vsswriters , services

System Restore doesn't seem to have changed since Windows 7. Therefore the following should apply.

All the VOlume Shadow Copy service .dlls need to be installed and registered correctly:
Open Command Prompt
Type: CD %WINDIR%/System32 and hit enter.
Run next commands in the following order:
net stop “System Event Notification Service”
net stop “Background Intelligent Transfer Service”
net stop “COM+ Event System”
net stop “Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider”
net stop “Volume Shadow Copy”
cd /d %windir%system32
net stop vss
net stop swprv

Then you need to check the Volume Shadow Copy service Registry Keys stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\volsnap are present.

Of course, you can ask.
The two .dll files were:
spp.dll
SRCORE.dll

But after installing those two files in the System32 folder, the Restore program just ignores me when I click on the .exe file.

if you add this you might get something visible

\windows\system32\en-US\rstrui.exe.mui
