How to Stop Chrome Tabs Shrinking to an Icon?

A recent update to Chrome has resulted in some tabs shrinking to an icon. I want larger tabs indicating the site. How to set this?

I thought @Bree pointed out the flag for that earlier...

I have mine set to Don't shrink/Scroll to fade...

I just wish we could still disable those gigantic tab hover cards, they drive me fecking nuts!!!
If you have tabs set to Don't shrink, who needs a frickin freeway billboard popping up every time you hover over a new tab!?!?!?
Most useless feature they ever incorporated into that browser!
