From what I personally have experienced, this symptom is only one part of a multitude of different symptoms, all of which continued to occur until finally, at very long last, I found the fix that has been described in the post I linked (but I didn't find it on GitHub, as instead I found it someplace else on the internet more than a year ago or maybe even more than 2 years ago, and I also wrote about it in another thread here on Elevenforum). So, this solution also fixes additional symptoms that AFAIK still cannot be fixed another way. It means that the solution that antspants linked to in his post #11 does not fix all these other symptoms, and, therefore, it is not the ACTUAL solution, as GitHub user aztral correctly pointed out in his post that I linked.The compatibility thing works if you don't want to mess around with your dpi. Good find!

The only program I have, that was affected, was foobar2000 32-bit.

I don't pretend to know what the heck goes on with this anomaly, but, it's weird!
When I first discovered these weird anomalies in Windows 11, I also assumed that the symptoms would only occur with certain third party apps, but later found out that the problem goes a whole lot farther than that. I've always had a suspicion that Windows still sucks at dealing with mixed resolutions, but...,
I think it's mostly a symptom within the app(s) themselves..., the manner with which their UI is written..., I don't know!
