how to turn off the photo popup

i have a ton of photos the i have to get into seperate folders and everytime i start clicking on the check box in the upper left corner and i get a few checked all of a sudden i gat that darn photo editor that pops up and then all the checks vanish. i need to turn that off for a bit as i just do not have time to piddle with it. even if i have to reinstall win10 to get this done. also when i click on a mis spelling and the correction box shows up it is always at the top and the word i need to pick is buried at the top and i have to scroll all the way to the top and past the arrow to get the correct word how in the world can i get that bos to show up down more on the page. i'm telling you win11 sucks it has more issues with this stuff

Click on Settings, click on Apps, scroll down to Photos,
click Photos, click the 3 dots to the right,
choose more options, then decide how you want to handle it.
