I can't get out of safe mode

I have a sort of watermark in the lower left of my screen that says Safe mode. I tried restarting and it is still there. I opened msconfig and it is not in safe mode startup. The General tab startup selection is set to Normal startup. How can I fix this? I looked at the tutorial and I just noticed that the Safe mode message remains through the BIOS boot, and that seems strange to me. I wouldn't expect it to be there once Windows has shut down or before it boots after the BIOS.

Stupid me! That Safe mode wasn't Windows. It was my large screen TV that I use as my monitor. I had even tried turning off my computer's power and waiting for a while then turning it back on and trying a new boot. Then it occurred to me to try checking the monitor's settings and restart it also from scratch. I had a small power surge earlier this evening. My computer didn't go down, just the monitor, and when I turned it on I saw that Safe mode. I had been working with an AI writing autoit scripts to do things like toggle my context menu from Windows 11 to the W10 classic context menu. The AI failed to get a working script after fifteen tries and I was about to give up. Then it worked, but wiped out my taskbar. I was furious. Fortunately, I had made a registry backup, but it was still a pain to get the computer back up. I was in the middle of that when the power surge hit and I was so frustrated that I thought trying to get back from the AI fiasco is what put me in Safe mode.

Sorry, I got it all working again and the Safe mode logo is gone.

Boot into recovery mode and from Command Prompt window, type in this command line:

From msconfig:
General->Selective startup
Boot-> Nothing selected.

If still does not work, open admin command prompt and type:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot & shutdown -r -t 00 -f
