I am using the latest updates of Windows 11 and Office 365.
I wish to produce a form which can filled in on-line or printed out for filling in on a hard copy.
I used *
* which proved a good tutorial, though the bit that I was able to follow, though teaching me several actions I ddn't know, covered mainly what I already knew what to do. When it got to the point where she started describing the way to control and protect the various fields it was less helpful, mainly because her Word version was older than mine.
The form was created in Word using a table and then editing the table to produce various boxes - Title of fields and adjacent data entry fields.
Using Developer I was able to click on the data fields and set them up for text, dates, numbers, etc. However I then get partially stuck. How do I set the document up so that I can enter text, dates, numbers in the data fields but not change the title fields?
