I have Two D Drives in File Explorer in my Laptop

But I have only one drive D in Disk Management in and also in Diskpart/List Volume.
How do I get rid/ remove the ghost drive letter?

Supprimer les lecteurs de disques en double dans l’explorateur de fichiers

Accédez à la clé du registre Windows
Puis à gauche, déroulez l’arborescence suivante :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders

Supprimer la clé
Ensuite, supprimez la clé du registre : {F5FB2C77-0E2F-4A16-A381-3E560C68BC83}

Redémarrez le PC
