I want a file tree as a SINGLE USER

My Personal Computer is no longer User friendly. There are multiple "Documents" folders. "Scans" folders, ETC. Is there a way to simplify the tree as I am the only person on the planet who uses this computer ?

One possible solution:

Decide which documents you want to keep, then copy the contents of all the other documents folders to that folder. Finally, delete the extra document folders. Repeat for other folders where you are seeing the same issue.

You should have only one documents folder unless you created others named documents in other locations. You could also have a second named documents if you are syncing to onedrive. Show us screenshots of what you have and maybe we can tell you how to condense them.
