It is infuriating that 95% of the Windows help instructions I find on the internet don't work. I googled "How to set up FTP server on Windows 11 Home"
I'm trying to set up an FTP server on my Windows 11 desktop computer.. It's just going to be for my own home's local network as another computer on my network is running software that needs to FTP files.
I went into the programs and features and turned on the FTP server and services check boxes.. Now the instructions say I need to configure the FTP server using the IIS, but there doesn't seem to be an IIS on my computer.
Any suggestions?
