Windows 11 (NTLITE optimized)
Changing this one setting improves overall performance Windows 10 and up. What it does is optimize the processer usage time on the foreground

Open regedit and navigate to the following path:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl

Right-click the Win32PrioritySeparation and select the Modify option.

Then click Change DWORD (32-bit) value and select hexadecimal format and change the value to 26 or Decimal format, then change the value to 38. Save changes, exit the registry and restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Enjoy

Considering that 22H2 has increased latency to 1.5ms, people might be interested.
Source with images. I can confirm it. Good to know, that ILSC is still not obsolete.

Around 5 min or so, should that be long enough or would you test for longer?

Check out Calypto's Latency Guide, if you like that sort of things. 🙃
After going through all of his latency optimizations, some had a negative effect on my system. Make sure you test each on out with a backup before the change just in case.

I usually use a video file(like a movie) to test the before and after changes always in the same spot for 5 minutes. It gives me a great visual/audio comparison if I get stuttering.

Sure latency Mon could do that too but if it works on the video with improvement then my results are good with latency monitor(without having some weird random blip screwing the results up)
