I can get a clean install of either 10 or 11 done in 30 minutes.. tops

That implies it would take 3X i.e. 90 mins for me.

Prep time should only take 20.. tops.. format the drive when you install the new OS.. it should go fast.

Now.. why do you want to do a clean instillation?

Prepared the usb thumb as recommended by Bree, want to do it once myself.....
