I can't believe on how easy the update to Windows 11 was. Download took some time but I was busy with other things.

I'm not aware of the Ryzen 5600X having integrated graphics.

I am using a Nvida GeForce GTX 1060 6GB that my son gave me when he updated his system.

I just migrated over to win 11 forum hoping I can learn from reading posts in hopes of help in my decision of ordering a windows 11 Pro desktop for home use.
It would be my main personal computer where I do all my ordering, bill paying, and such, to where I am concerned about having to sign up to an account during set up, I'd rather not, when doing so, if you know what I mean.
I understand if I buy a windows 11 Pro, I won't have to but, where can I order a windows Pro?
If I could order one already to be shipped as is, I would hop to it.
I also would want the 10th generation.
Any help here would be appreciated.
Seems like Dell is the only one who has desktops to go, with Windows 11, but no Pro? Is Dell good?
My budget is stretching at $700.00 range.

LOVE it except I would like 12GB memory and do not know how to customize it to that opposed to the 8GB to order?

Try the View all configs button, and click 12 GB Memory. You'll get there.

I saw that 12GB one on the website next to the one I want but is only 256 SSD.
When I click to customize, where it says help me choose, under Memory, no place to choose?
PS: Was I supposed to click on your graphic to get there? It did nothing.

Looks like Dell doesn't allow customizing that Inspiron model. Here's a link to 8GB and 12 GB models:Tower - Dell Inspiron Desktops

I'd prefer 16GB of RAM so that it would all be dual channel (double the bandwidth of single channel), rather than the 8GB (at best) you'd get with 12GB, but the difference wouldn't be life changing.

It's unexpected that Dell gives Win 10 Pro with that model.

I may have to go with the 8GB then. Will have to decide. I was thinking the 12 would be faster?
I do want a Pro and 10th generation.
Also 512 SSD. Maybe 256 may suffice but I do a lot of graphics etc. so thought 512 would be safer to get.
Not computer savvy so may be off base in what I think.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Dell offers exactly what you want, though I agree completely with bobkn that 16 beats 12, 'cuz you get dual-channel with 16, but not with 12.
