Solved Installed Realtek Driver but now output it messed up and I cannot hear anything.

I am running an on an OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx and have already tried the drivers from HP's website here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/omen-15-en0000-laptop-pc-series/model/34667933 and also from AMD's website from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...yzen/ryzen-4000-series/amd-ryzen-7-4800h.html

The reason this happened is because I installed Intel's Realtek driver which I should not have done...

Another thing I noticed was that the volume mixer changed to this:

Also before when it was working, spatial audio was on "Windows Sonic for Headphones" but when I try to switch to that now, it won't let me.

Use a system restore point and revert to before you installed the Realtek driver. Or you can try to uninstall the driver.

Use System Restore to go back to a point before you updated the drivers.

I am so lucky I updated Windows RIGHT before installing the new driver. It created a system restore. Thank you.
