Years ago, I made a ringtone with no sound whatsoever and named it Silent.mp3 and uploaded to my phone. I made that the phones default ringtone. All my contacts are in groups - family, friends, company, police and so on. Each group has their own ringtone. If a call comes in and it is not from one of my phone contacts, the phone will not ring. If no message was left, that number gets blocked and deleted.
