Is it possible to move the Start bar to the left edge?

Hi.
I auto-hide my start bar on the bottom of the screen. In Win 10 I could move the whole thing to the left side. Can I do so in Win 11? Also, what are all those other annoying bars getting in my face all the time and what will happen to them if I move the Start bar to the left?

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I'm finally getting back to this. Unfortunatelly, this shows how to align the task bar to the left. That is, left align it. But it's still on teh bottom of my desktop. I want to get it vertically, on the left side of the screen.

OP did not make it initially clear that he/she wants to have vertical taskbar on left.

AFAIK, you need a 3rd party tool to do this.
