Hi

I bought a new flash drive, but after a short time the flash drive stopped working. When I click the drive letter, it displays a message that it needs to be formatted. So I went to Disk Management and I formatted the flash but when I try to copy anything, it takes a very long time. I also tried chkdsk with /f /r it started to work but later it stopped working at a certain location

Is there an app that can fix the flash ?

Unbranded, cheap, slow, generic, rubbish quality flash drive. You will not fix these with an App.
Buy Branded drives from a reputable stockist.

That is typical behaviour for a fake USB/SD that has a much smaller capacity than was claimed at the point of sale.
It works correctly until it tries to write in the non-existent area of storage and then refuses to work after that.
I once managed to reformat a fake 32/64GB USB as 4GB [its predicted correct capacity] and it thereafter worked reliably at that 4GB capacity.

I will never buy from stores again, the ones I bought from Amazon were working fine

You could try an RMA request - I've been successful twice now with USBs that failed within warranty, granted I remember the second one cost me nearly as much to post to the company as just buying a replacement, but it's the principle...

Samsung were even worse.
I had to pay for postage to a foreign country which they said they would not reimburse me for even though they accepted the USB was defective. It was about £9 [4 years ago].
I complained directly to their UK CEO's office and one of the staff there paid me back then, a couple of weeks later, the [free] replacement USB arrived.
