There are expensive programs that will transfer file and programs from one OS to another like Easeus PCTrans, Zinstall etc but they can be flakey.Short of pulling the laptops apart and cloning the drives (ouch), or following some of the suggestions posted above, I don’t know any software that would do that, unfortunatly. It could save time and be benificial.
However, these tools usually have a very restrive licences i.e. you can only use it to transfer from say PC A to PC B.
You cannot use it to transfer from PC A to PC C or from PC B to PC C without buying a new licence.
So the licence is effectively one use only. Frankly these tools are just not worth it.
As I said several times now, use image backups and export drivers first of new pc is the easiest option and free.
Of course, the best option is the dism method.
I transferred OS from an AMD pc with Sata SSD to Intel pc with NVME IRST drive, Radeon Graphics to Intel Iris graphics and completely different sound cards, wifi cards etc. using the dism method, and it worked a charm and no 3rd party tools at all.
I have a couple of batch files that do all the hard work.
It was an interesting and fun learning curve (following @Kari's excellent tutorials).
It sounds daunting but is well inside capacity of any guy familar with the command prompt.
