hi guys
im having a popup bat screen every now and then and my norton stops it, it seems to be trying to change my firewall settings etc, on the prompt i do not allow it to change settings. inclosed is some screenshots, any advice on this would help greatly to fix.

Sounds like, if you can, you want to have another computer doing sensitive stuffs separate from your grandkids. Malware and scams are easy to fall into, especially if you are exploring stuffs.

I did go ahead and delete the contents of firemail and the folder,i ran a full scan with norton and malwayrebytes.i cannot find the firemail at all to install. but it still trys to run a bat to alter the firewall as above pics with the ISB.Downloader!gen48
trying to figure out the next course of action. nortons stops it each time but it continues to try everyday
