Issue with Build (26200.8728) ISO built with UUP

UUP:

• Download package created OK
• .zip file expands OK
• .ISO build runs to completion OK
• .ISO mounts OK

However, when I run the 'setup.exe' file (as administrator) nothing happens.

This is probably an issue with UUP, so how do I report it to them?

Or iIs there anyone who can suggest a fix or workaround?

I Downloaded it from UUP Dump and makes it into this 26200.8728.260609-2250.25H2_GE_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO
I then extracted into a folder with WinRar on my Non Windows Drive and run the 'setup.exe' file (as administrator) without an issue which what I do will all In-place Upgrades.
Unless I just use Rufus and install the ISO on a USB Thumb Drive.
I never Mount a Windows ISO.
