Solved Issue with Build (26200.8728) ISO built with UUP

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26200.8728)
UUP:
  • Download package created OK
  • .zip file expands OK
  • .ISO build runs to completion OK
  • .ISO mounts OK
However, when I run the 'setup.exe' file (as administrator) nothing happens.

This is probably an issue with UUP, so how do I report it to them?

Or iIs there anyone who can suggest a fix or workaround?

EDIT

Builds .iso for 8655 OK. Therefore must be a fault in UUP

I Downloaded it from UUP Dump and makes it into this 26200.8728.260609-2250.25H2_GE_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO
I then extracted into a folder with WinRar on my Non Windows Drive and run the 'setup.exe' file (as administrator) without an issue which what I do will all In-place Upgrades.
Unless I just use Rufus and install the ISO on a USB Thumb Drive.
I never Mount a Windows ISO.

I have the same problem. When I run the setup.exe file as administrator nothing happens

what happens if you use terminal as admin and run the /product server switch with it?

This problem is only happened with build 8728. All other builds run without issues

Same here I just tried it on this version Windows 11 25H2 26200.8728 Pro click on setup with Admin Rights and nothing weird.
It has never happened before on any other versions.

I just re-downloaded 25H2 26200.8728 Pro from UUP Dump and now it works as before the Setup.exe would just do nothing.
Maybe there was a glitch when first uploaded on the site.
