I installed PSP 7.04 on my PC with Windows 11 on the recommendation of a member of this forum. I am proceeding with learning basic operations but encountered a problem when attempting to use the help function. I received the message "Failed to launch help". What is causing this? Thank you in advance.

There is no Help function.

But there is a Users Manual... I just uploaded it to my Dropbox...
